This service is designed to ensure that during any of your large IT related acquisitions for hardware, software, professional services, global pricing agreements and outsource contracts you are able to obtain competitive and equitable market terms and conditions from your suppliers. TCS works collaboratively and complimentary with your own purchasing efforts from a confidential back-office position. Our vendor insight into their behavioral and pricing practices is based on facts and non-emotion. We assist our clients to maintain the vendor relationship as you are the only person(s) in contact and remain in control during the entire engagement.

This unique and specialized practice is designed to be a no-risk engagement for you, our Client. Moreover, the fee for this service is purely self funded from incremental savings that we are able to derive.

  • The TCS™ practice works in conjunction with your existing team in a strictly confidential back-office position thus you as the client retain all vendor facing relationships.
  • AllianceIT draws upon its considerable experience and price benchmark database to calibrate your final offer. The analysis and calibration to determine if your offer is market competitive to what that vendor is accepting elsewhere takes aproximately 24 - 48hrs.
  • Our starting point is essentially what the vendor is suggesting as “best and final price”
  • Calibration to assess the market competitiveness of your vendors Terms and Conditions is free of charge.
  • We never suggest changing scope or technical merits of your offer unless otherwise requested by the client. We assess the offer as is.
